Its been an interesting couple of weeks moving everything out of the crooked arrow. We have been going through many years of junk that we have pulled from the garbage and reclaimed from a dozen other outlets and examining everything with a new eye. An eye for smaller lighter faster usable art.
We just got back from the jenk Star yesterday. We took another box truck load which makes 3 and a full covered 18 foot trailer down and built the gate. I have posted some of the gate photos on the solar saucer cosmonauts page. it turned out really well.
Tuesday night I woke up in the middle of the night to a frightning dream with aliens to find CBot in the fire with Tanners guitar. He burned his foot off. After amputating his foot, we built him a prothstetic and organized our junk pile. The back yard of the sol lun is looking a bit like southern tennesse right now but we have many plans. We are back in SLC and just took two full truck loads of steel to the scrap metal yard. Moving my shop in the next day or two. One week to be out of the shop and so much to do.

Jenk Star Ranch

The last couple weeks have been interesting to say the least, we came home to find a red sign on the door of the Crooked Arrow that reads, "This building is unsafe to occupy, violators risk misdemeanor charges. We have been down here doing what we do for over 5 years now, thank God someone finally stepped in to keep us safe. So it turns out that the fire marshall came down with a couple ATF (Alcohol tabacco and firearms) agents and went through the building next door. They didn't pass code so they kicked us all out.
The cosmonauts are on the move.
we bought a piece of land down in Green River that we are moving all of our opperations to.
We are planning two events a year, one in the spring and another in the fall. The focus of these events is to create functional art similar to the solar saucer. We will start with a composting toilet, a solar generator, gassifier, sauna etc.

We went down last week to drop off some more jenk. We are moving all the large pieces of metal for use on the dome. We are creating a dome out of scrap metal.

Mobile Command Center
We moved the MCC down to boulder and worked on it a bit during the Reality Sandwich retreat. We announced that we would not be retreating during the weekend but rather advancing as we build out the solar system for the MCC. we are shooting to have it completed by mid november to haul to Mexico.
